Review of SkincareVilla Ubtan

Am here with the review of one more SkincareVilla product. This has to be my favorite of the lot. For a long time, I have had a special place in my heart for ubtans. It started when my mom used to make my favorite ubtan at home using a lot of ingredients. I remember those times my skin was glowing like anything. After shifting to soaps and shower gels, my skin has just become dull and darker. I used to search online for ubtans. But most of them were priced higher (like Forest Essentials, Kama Ayurveda, Just Herbs, Tjori, Roots & Herbs, etc. When I received this one from SkincareVilla, I was super happy. This is one of the affordable ubtans you can find in the market. So let’s see in detail how it works and what are the ingredients.

SkincareVilla Ubtan looks yellow in color and comes in finely milled powder form. It has a very mild herbal smell, mostly of turmeric and moong dal. When you mix with water, it turns into a nice, slightly granular paste, but a soft granular one. If you have ever tried mixing moong/masoor dal with almonds at home, you can identify the texture am talking about. A rich nutritious paste 😀

I use SkincareVilla Ubtan both for my face as well as body cleanser. I like to mix some curd with it at times depending on my mood. The ubtan is exactly how it should be. Feels rich and nourishing on the skin. After washing, your skin will feel baby soft, smooth, radiant and glowing. I will say this is just like food for skin, a protein pack, as it contains moong dal and almonds. Along with neem and oats for cleansing, sandalwood and rose powder for brightening and turmeric for tan removal.

My hands and feet are terribly tanned and I have been using various products to get rid of them. Tried Everyuth Choco Cherry Anti Tan Pack also as a last option hoping something with chemical might work ????. But this was the product which helped in removing the tan on my hands and feet. My skin now looks glowing and soft.

At this price point, SkincareVilla Ubtan does a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Ubtan is a traditional beauty recipe used since our grandmothers time. It is a time tested recipe which gives glowing and youthful complexion. And SkincareVilla Ubtan has done justice to the traditional recipe. Since I use ubtan as a body cleanser too, I can’t afford the higher priced ones. But SkincareVilla Ubtan has come to the rescue and am delighted with its effects. I would highly recommend this to everyone.
