Am back with the review of another Aroma Essentials product. Spoiler alert! Another rave review! If you have read my previous reviews on Aroma Essentials products, you would have seen me raving about them. And its not that am promoting them because they sent me products as collaboration. What I really like about Aroma Essentials is that they are 100% natural, handmade, effective and affordable as well. They don’t cost a bomb like other natural products. Today’s post is about a skin clearing and fairness face pack from the brand. So let’s move on to the review of Aroma Essentials Insta Clear Face Mask.
Helps in fading acne marks and hyperpigmentation due to sun damage.
Masoor dal, Oats, Fenugreek, Essential oils of sandalwood, neroli and orange
Rs.450 for 50g.
The face pack comes in a small plastic bottle with a flip-open cap. It is hygienic and easy to carry.
The face pack comes in a powder form, cream colored and has a nice soothing herbal aroma. Just the aroma feels like am treating my skin to a lot of natural goodness.
After using Aroma Essentials Rose Face Wash and Aroma Essentials Tomato Sunblock, I had high expectations from this as well. I started using this 3 times a week. You need very little of the powder each time. I take just two teaspoons of the powder and mix with curd. Inspite of being in powder form, once you mix it with curd, it forms a nice creamy paste, just like store-bought face packs. Since its very creamy, its easy to apply and doesn’t drip or make a mess.
The mask takes a long time to dry, around 20-30 minutes. Even then it doesn’t dry fully as its not a clay-based mask. This makes it perfect for dry skin people as well.
After washing my face, I could feel my face was so soft and clean. Also there was a nice, healthy glow to my face. The glow lasts for 3-4 days. With regular usage of the mask, I can see my complexion and texture of skin has improved significantly. My rough skin has become super soft, smooth and even-toned. Recently when my aunt came to our house, she exclaimed how fair I had become and asked what I was using. Such is the effect of this face pack. If you are looking for a skin whitening or fairness face pack, then this definitely is your solution.
However, coming to its claims of fading acne marks, I haven’t seen much improvement. My marks are still there, maybe faded 10%.
The price may seem high, but believe me, I have used this for almost 18 applications and still 1/4th of the product is remaining. I think it will come around 25 applications if used two teaspoons every time. Since its forms a creamy paste, a small amount is needed each time. So I think its value for money as well.
Does it satisfy all its claims?
It doesn’t fade dark spots or acne scars. But it does a whole lot of other things like improving complexion and texture of skin. I would say its more like a fairness face pack rather than insta clear face pack.
What I like:
* Nice creamy consistency for easy application when mixed with curd.
* Soothing herbal fragrance.
* Doesn’t dry out skin.
* Only little quantity needed each time.
* Makes skin clean, soft and glowing.
* Glow lasts for 3-4 days.
* Improves complexion and makes skin fairer.
* Improves texture of skin – dry and rough skin becomes nourished, smooth and soft.
* Suitable for all skin types.
* Impressive list of natural ingredients.
What I don’t like:
Didn’t work on dark spots or acne scars as claimed.
Would I recommend?
Yes, definitely, if you are looking to improve your skin complexion and texture and get a glowing skin.
Would I repurchase?
Value for money?
Only small quantity needed each time. So it lasts for a long time and is good value for money considering the results.
IBeautySpy Rating: 5/5 (Yes, that’s how much I loved it!)
Overall, I totally loved the Aroma Essentials Insta Clear Mask. The results are very effective. It contains a whole lot of skin-friendly natural ingredients like masoor dal, sandalwood and orange E.O. If you are going for any party or outing, you can use this face pack right before to get soft and glowing skin. However, it doesn’t work much on acne scars or dark spots, but it is more of a glow and fairness face pack. This product is definitely a good investment for your skin.
P.S Product sent by the brand for consideration. But my opinions and reviews are unbiased and honest as always.
