Tvakh Orange Blossom Retexture Body Polish is a rich oil-based scrub. It looks brown in color and has very fine granules for exfoliation. There is some excess oil floating as well. The texture feels rich and amazing. It has a mild refreshing citrusy orange scent. There is no artificial fragrance and the smell is due to natural ingredients.

Sugar, oats and salt are the main exfoliating ingredients in this body scrub. But they are very finely milled. So they provide gentle exfoliation. Usually, I find sugar based scrubs to be abrasive on the skin. But in this one, they are finely grounded to a powder and so it is perfect. This is not a heavy duty scrub and those who prefer such ones might not like it. This is a mild scrub for those with sensitive skin. The particles do not scratch the skin and don’t feel harsh. It removes dead cells and the oils present in it soften and nourish the skin. After shower, you can feel your skin is super smooth, polished and soft, soft, soft like you can ever imagine. It is mainly due to the rich oils and butters present in it which forms a protective barrier, infuse moisture and prevent skin from drying even for a long time after shower (as mentioned in the claims 24-hour moisture). But there is no greasiness or oiliness if you fear that. It feels like a perfect body polishing session at a spa. You will feel like touching your baby soft skin all the time. It also removes some tan due to the presence of orange peel. The name says as ‘Retexturing Body Polish’ and as claimed it improves the texture of skin to a great extent. Your skin will look healthy and glowing.

The price is quite affordable and the product is free from parabens, sulphates, phthalates and other harmful chemicals. I like the ingredients which are all highly skin beneficial ingredients rich in vitamins and essential fatty acids. Oats, sugar, salt to exfoliate, kokum butter, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil and vitamin E to nourish and orange peel to remove tan. I think this is the perfect product that your skin needs this winter.

The name says ‘Orange Blossom Body Polish’ which I don’t know why. As the ingredients list don’t say orange blossom, only orange peel. Not sure if they have added orange blossom essential oil.
