Review of Alanna Naturally Beautiful Nimba Tailam Anti-Dandruff Hair Oil

Today am going to review one more product from the brand Alanna Naturally Beautiful. I have already reviewed Alanna Golden Glow Face Pack and Alanna Hair Strengthening Mask and would request you to check them as they are both amazing products that I have come across recently. So I had high expectations from this Alanna Naturally Beautiful Nimba Tailam Anti-Dandruff Hair Oil as well. Let’s see whether it lived up to my expectations and whether it satisfies all its claims.

 

 

Product claims

Oozing with natural oils such as olive oil and sweet almond oil, this natural hair oil is very efficient in dandruff removal. The careful infusion of these rich ingredients, it also combats tangles formed in the hair sans the pain and loosening of hair from the roots. According to Lice Treatment Centers, Olive oil has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal characteristics and help in the expert treatment of dry, itchy scalp, eliminating lice and restoring the natural lustre.

The packaging of this hair oil is classy, minimal and luxurious just like other Alanna products. My only concern was they could have provided a stopper with a hole so we don’t end up dispensing a lot of the product at a time.

Alanna Nimba Tailam Anti-Dandruff Hair Oil is light golden yellow in color and has a thick consistency (thicker than Kama Ayurveda, Forest Essentials hair oils). It has a refreshing and relaxing scent of neem oil predominantly. I find the scent very unique (as I have never used products with neem oil before) and it calms me down and gives good sleep.

Alanna Nimba Tailam Anti-Dandruff Hair Oil is a thick and nourishing hair oil. As you can see, the first ingredient is mentioned as honey. I have never seen hair oils containing honey! So a big thumbs-up for that. This is specially suited for dry hair as it deeply nourishes and conditions the hair. I take a small amount of oil and massage all over my scalp and hair lengths, focusing on the dry ends. And leave it overnight. Next day morning, I wash my hair with a herbal shampoo. The oil gets washed away easily. After drying, my hair feels smooth, soft and shiny.

Now coming to the long term effects of Alanna Nimba Tailam Anti-Dandruff Hair Oil, it definitely helped in making my hair healthier and nourished. I have very dry, frizzy hair and I can notice a huge difference in that, it has reduced. Also, it has helped in controlling hairfall too and reducing hair breakage. I don’t have any dandruff, so can’t comment on its anti-dandruff claims. But I believe since it contains neem oil, it will be effective in dandruff as well.

Coming to the ingredients list, it is simple, minimal and effective. Honey, neem oil and mahua oil are unique in a hair oil. So a 5/5 for ingredients also.

Overall, Alanna Nimba Tailam Anti-Dandruff Hair Oil is a good and effective hair oil which targets multiple problems like dandruff, dryness, frizziness, hairfall and nourishing hair. I liked the neem oil smell very much as it is very refreshing and relaxing. You can definitely try this hair oil once. Am sure you will like it.
