If you have read my previous posts, you would know my love for beauty subscription boxes. I simply love them for the reason I like to receive a box full of beauty surprises delivered to my doorstep every month. Also, subscription boxes provide you a way to try sample sizes of some products before going for the full size, so that you know how well the product works for you. Plus, subscription boxes are a great value for money as the items you get are way more than what you pay for. So, today I will be introducing you to a new beauty subscription box called VanityCask, which sends out luxury deluxe skincare samples from international brands like Clinique, Vichy, Votre, Kama Ayurveda, Thalgo, etc.

Before proceeding with the review, let me tell you more about VanityCask. It’s a beauty subscription box that gets delivered to your home. You pay only on delivery. Currently, there is no online payment available. Also, currently you cannot subscribe for longer periods. You can order only the current box. They have various themes for the boxes. The current box is a skincare box. Next, they are going to release a haircare box. And then a bath and body box. I personally like this concept so that we can get boxes targeted to a specific concern. Like if you are a haircare freak who like to pamper your tresses, you can go for the haircare box or if you are someone who love to try out various bath and body products, you can get all of them in one box.
Coming to the packaging, the VanityCask beauty subscription box is a black box with beautiful graphics. The box is really pretty and can used to store your lipbalms or lipsticks. The box contains a pink velvet pouch, inside which all the products are. The pink velvet pouch adds a really luxurious touch to the box and I love it. There is also a booklet provided about how to use each product and it also has some discount vouchers.
So let’s see what all I got in the VanityCask beauty subscription box:
* Clinique 7 Day Scrub Cream Rinse off Formula – Rs.1270 for 30g (Full size Rs.3538 for 100ml)
It’s a gentle scrub which can be used everyday. The scrub particles are the right size. Not too tiny nor big enough like regular scrubs. It effectively sloughs away all the dead cells and makes my skin smooth and soft. It doesn’t dry out my skin much. I loved using this.
* Votre Absolute Hydration Moisturizer – Rs.72 for 30g (Full size Rs.475 for 200ml)
I am absolutely in love with this moisturizer. I have dry skin and I was looking for a good moisturizer when this arrived. It deeply moisturizes my skin and makes it soft, nourished and supple. I will purchase the full size definitely.
* Kama Ayurveda Rejuvenating & Brightening Ayurvedic Night Cream – Rs.99 for 3g (Full size Rs.1650 for 50g)
This has been on my wishlist for a long time. But I was skeptical about whether it will suit my acne-prone skin as it might be greasy. After using this sample, I am convinced it suits my skin. Though I felt the texture was thick. It’s still on my wishlist though I won’t be getting the full size immediately.
* Thalgo Ultra Hydra Marine Mask – Rs.255 for 5ml (Full size Rs.2550 for 50ml)
This is another of my most loved product in the box. Its a hydrating mask which doesn’t need to be washed off. It hydrated and moisturized my dry skin very well. I am planning to get the full size of this too.
* Vichy Ideal Soleil SPF 50+ – Rs.72 for 3ml (Full size Rs.1200 for 50ml)
This is a light, non-greasy sunscreen and offers good sun protection. Price is also good. This too has been on my wishlist for a long time and I will get the full size soon.
Total value: Rs.1768
As you can see, the one product, Clinique scrub itself, covers the price of the box. I have always wanted to try Clinique products. But have always hesitated due to the high prices and whether it will suit my skin. Clinique doesn’t have online website for shopping also. So you have to get in stores only which are far away from my home. This was a perfect opportunity for me to try a Clinique product.
The other products are also from top brands. Clinique and Votre are good deluxe sized samples. Even Kama Ayurveda night cream is good enough. But I feel the Thalgo and Vichy samples are too tiny. They could have provided two tubes atleast.
Overall, I totally loved this beauty subscription box from VanityCask. Its a great way to sample luxury brands products. I wish they start accepting online payments and provide longer subscription options. My only concern is that they avoid tiny samples or else provide 2-3 tubes of them.
Now order your VanityCask box here.
One more subscription Box , Looks Good , thanks for sharing 🙂

I saw this on Insta.. but thought they’ll only 3-4 tiny samples & I don’t wanna spend 1000Rs. on it. But thanks for reviewing this 🙂 All doubts clear. Will order it soon.
