Its mid-week, wednesday and am already longing for weekend 🙁 . How are your guys feeling? Wednesdays and Thursdays are probably the worst days in the week which go so slowly like a tortoise 😣 Anyway, am going to review a TBS product today. I first started using TBS products around 2 years back and I was so addicted to their body butters and body lotions. At that point of time, there were very less Indian brands offering quality products. But now the situation is completely different. So many new Indian brands have popped up offering quality, natural, organic products at lesser prices than TBS. So do you want to know if The Body Shop Japanese Cherry Blossom Body Lotion is worth it? Then keep reading.

The Body Shop Japanese Cherry Blossom Body Lotion comes in a beautiful, white and pink, pump packaging. The packaging for sure is elegant and classy.
The Body Shop Japanese Cherry Blossom Body Lotion is milky white in color and has a runny consistency. The fragrance is so nice, mild and floral. I usually don’t like TBS fragrances as most of them are strong and fruity – Olive, Satsuma, Cocoa Butter, etc. But this one is very pleasant and not overpowering. The scent lingers for around an hour after applying which is pretty good.
The Body Shop Japanese Cherry Blossom Body Lotion is light and non-greasy lotion, perfect for summers and spring. It hydrates my skin beautifully and makes it smooth. Though it is enriched with sesame seed oil, brazil nut oil and shea butter, I don’t get any oily feeling. I have used it in winters too and it worked well for me. During winters, I use this only in the morning and night time I use any oil or body butter.
The quality of the lotion is good, definitely feels better than Nivea and Vaseline lotions. I like the fact that it contains japanese cherry flower extracts. However it contains silicones which is my only concern. Nowadays we are getting silicone-free, organic body lotions which are priced lesser than this with same quality. Other than that, this is a nice body lotion you can try. Price is higher, but TBS have 50% sale lot of times. I bought it on sale only. Right now too, TBS is having 50% sale. So check out their website for great offers 😍.
