Team IBeautySpy extends great pleasure in welcoming you to this online event Let’s SetUp Your Life.
Here we are in Day 8 of the Let’s SetUp Your Life Event with Task #8. We are still in Module 2.
Coming to today’s task, it’s a Health Task – Tooth Care / Dental Care recommendations we have found in this Steel Bite Pro review and we would like to share it with you.
Make sure you visit a Dentist in westmont IL for dental implant surgery and other dental procedures before your dental hygiene gets worse. If you’re looking for the perfect smile try a specialist in cosmetic dentistry instead.
Why tooth care / dental care?
Oral health is important for overall health of our body and well-being.
* Clears toxins from the body.
* Improves immunity.
* Enhanced sense of taste.
* Increased digestive strength.
* Health of the mouth directly impacts the health of the stomach. It improves organ and tissue health.
Task #8 – Tooth Care / Dental Care
* Tooth brush – Sensodyne Extra Soft or Colgate Extra Soft or Oral-B Extra Soft
* Tooth paste – Any Colgate variant or Sensodyne if you have sensitive teeth
* Mouthwash – Listerine preferably (Original / Fresh Burst / Cool Mint / Cavity Fighter). If you have sensitive teeth, you might try Colgate mouthwash (Colgate Fresh Mint / Pepper Mint / Fresh Tea /Active Salt / Complete Care)
* Ayurvedic Tooth Powder – Rzizhi or Rawbeauty. I have reviewed Rzhizi toothpowder here.
Step 1: Brush your teeth with a good toothpaste in the morning. Use any Colgate variant or Sensodyne toothpaste if you have sensitive teeth.
Step 2: Your night routine can be one of the following:
* Brush with toothpaste + Mouthwash
* Brush with ayurvedic tooth powder
* Only Mouthwash
For 7 days in a week, you can use one method each night out of the above 3 depending upon your time and convenience of the day.
Step 3: See a professional dentist regularly. Even when taking care of your teeth as best you can at home, there are still dental issues that could come up that often show no symptoms at first. In some cases by the time these same issues begin to hurt, they are much more serious and difficult to resolve than they were at first. A professional dentist will help you by providing what could be considered regular upkeep for your teeth, while evaluating them in the meantime to find any potential issues well ahead of time. There are even jaw conditions that a dentist can diagnose during their sessions, as these often come with a variety of symptoms and a similarly adaptable treatment. No one wants to feel the pain and complications of serious dental and general health issues, so be sure to see your dentist regularly. He’ll let you know when he considers your next session would be best for you.
With this, task #8 is complete.
We come to the end of Day 8 – Tooth Care / Dental Care. I have shared Task #8 as well as importance of tooth care / dental care for overall health.
