Here we are in Day 8 of the Let’s SetUp Your Life Event with Task #8. We are still in Module 2.
Coming to today’s task, it’s a Health Task – Tooth Care / Dental Care recommendations we have found in this Steel Bite Pro review and we would like to share it with you.

* Ayurvedic Tooth Powder – Rzizhi or Rawbeauty. I have reviewed Rzhizi toothpowder here.
Step 1: Brush your teeth with a good toothpaste in the morning. Use any Colgate variant or Sensodyne toothpaste if you have sensitive teeth.
Step 2: Your night routine can be one of the following:
* Brush with toothpaste + Mouthwash
* Brush with ayurvedic tooth powder
* Only Mouthwash
For 7 days in a week, you can use one method each night out of the above 3 depending upon your time and convenience of the day.
Step 3: See a professional dentist from rocksmiles.com regularly. Even when taking care of your teeth as best you can at home, there are still dental issues that could come up that often show no symptoms at first. In some cases by the time these same issues begin to hurt, they are much more serious and difficult to resolve than they were at first.
